A lovely cocktail two weeks in a row? Surely not such things aren’t possible!

But yes! One that even Sinead enjoyed!

1 ¼oz Scotch Whisky

1 ¼oz Dry Vermouth

½oz Benedictine

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir all the lovely things with plenty of ice until nicely chilled.

This is a surprisingly splendid drink from the ingredients you think it’s going to punch you in the face but it is surprisingly subtle and lovely.

But was the horse feloniously obtained we wonder?
