100 Year Old Cigar

 

Ohhhhhh so very tasty, incandescently sublimely splendidly marvellous

1 ⅔ oz Havana 7 year old Rum

½ oz Benedictine

½ oz Cynar

⅙ oz Islay Single Malt

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Splash Absinthe

Start by rinsing your glass with a splash of absinthe, it only needs the smallest amount rolled around the glass to coat the inside, with absinthe that’s all you need.

Add the rest of your ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice until chilled, straining into your absinthey glass.

Drink while reclining in your fanciest chair in front of a fire while putting the world to rights at 3am.

I absolutely loved this, one of the best thing I have had in ages, but as you know I’m very partial to a drink that punches you in the face.
