Six Barrel Shotgun

 

Surprisingly tasty this week! I must admit I didn’t have high hopes for this but served over lots of ice it’s dam tasty, but we warned it certainly packs a punch!

1oz Gin

1oz Bourbon

1oz White Rum

¾oz Sweet Vermouth

1oz Simple Syrup

1oz Lemon Juice

3dsh Bitters

Shake everything until nicely chilled then fine strain over crushed ice.

A good tiki glass would be good for this with an abundance of umbrellas. But i don’t get a chance to get the copper cups out that often, I do like how it goes all frosty on the outside.
