The French Diamond

If Emma liked it, you know it's a hit. We present the French Diamond, worthy of Marie Antoinette herself!

1.5 fl oz Cognac
2/3 fl oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
1/3 fl oz Maple syrup
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Serve wearing your finest wig adorned with boats and canon.

2oz GOOD tequila
1/2 Oz triple sec
3/4 Oz fresh lime juice
1/4 Oz grenadine
1/3 Oz creme de cassis

Shake all ingredients except for the cassis.
Strain into a glass with ice, pour over the cassis for a bloody show.
