A Screaming Orgasm

So much screaming!!

This week's cocktail went down a treat, fantastically boozy and baileys always makes for a great Christmasy afternoon (screaming optional).

1 1/4 Oz Vodka
1 1/4 Oz Amaretto
1 1/4 Oz Coffee liquor
1 1/4 Oz Baileys
1 1/4 Oz Milk
1 1/4 Oz Single Cream

This is a hefty drink so best to make individually unless you have a giant shaker, give everything shake with ice and strain. Usually this is served in a highball over lots of crushed ice, I was feeling lazy so decided on a tumbler with a single large cube. I don't really think it matters. If you're feeling especially fancy grate a bit of chocolate over the top.

There isn't much to dislike about this, apart from its rather silly name.
It's got all the tasty things that you pretend to be too fancy for but really it's just great.
