Vodka Stinger

Another Vodka Stinger, I’ll drink to that.

Oh so very tasty, so very 70’s! I loved it, Sinead, oh who knows she was busy sucking on a potato.

1 ½oz Vodka

½oz Creme de Menthe Blanc

Stir with lots of big ice and strain into a chilled glass. As with all things vodkary the colder you can get this the better.

If you’ve only got green crème de me the then go for it, perhaps it would add to the 70’s vibe!

I have no doubt Sinead’s hypothetical Dirty Martini recipe will escape despite best attempts to bury it.
