A bit of old Hollywood glamour this week with the delightfully intoxicating Greta Garbo!

2oz White Rum
¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur
½ oz Sugar Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
⅙ oz Absinthe

A brilliant drink, sharp & citrusy with an edge of absinthe danger lurking in the back ground, loved it.

Don’t know what else to say about this one really, just go and make it, you could probably go without the absinthe but I for one enjoy the accompanying risk of insanity.
