The Top Hat

 

A fancy hat!! How has it taken over two years to get to this most essential of secret ingredients!

2 oz Dry vermouth

¼ oz Bénédictine

2 dash Angostura Bitters

3 oz Champagne (to top)

Stir your vermouth, Bénédictine & bitters with ice until nicely chilled and strain, top up with your fizz and garnish with a lovely lemon hat!

We both very much enjoyed this one, we haven’t had a fizz cocktail in a while and this was the perfect one to get us back in the fizzy spirit!
