Peach Tea

It very much feels like summer is approaching with this weeks drink. It’s a move away from the recent “spirit forward” drinks to something more light and refreshing. But don’t be fooled the Peach Tea still packs a punch!

1oz Peach Schnapps

1 oz Bourbon

½oz Cointreau

1 ½oz Cold Black Tea

Stir everything with lots of ice and strain into an ice filled glass. That’s all there is to it!

I can imagine a day coming soon where we make up a great big pitcher of this and have a glorious afternoon in the garden, only to discover a hours later that we have lost the use of our legs and have been taking gibberish for absolutely ages, and I for one can’t wait!
