The Opening Act

Most humblest apologies for the lateness of this cocktail post, the combination of random bank holidays in the UK and extended pub stays have confounded my tiny brain and I have no idea what day it is or where I am.

2oz Ginger Liqueur

½oz Campari

½oz Line Juice

1dash Orange Bitters

Give everything a good shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water.

The tonic water is entirely optional, the glasses I used weren’t large enough to accommodate much tonic and the drink is perfectly lovely without, but for those who aren’t so keen on the bitter twang of Campari a little tonic would be perfect!
