The Snake Eyes

Well after a string of pretty decent cocktails we were long overdue a dud.

This week we had Snake Eyes.

1 ½ oz Mezcal
2 oz Coconut Water
¼ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Sugar Syrup
⅙ oz Banana Liqueur

Shake everything with ice and strain into a salt rimed glass.

Sinead did not enjoy this one bit and it’s all very nothingy. It’s a strange combo of Mexican and Caribbean styles and tastes that don’t really mesh.
It was certainly helped by the extra lime but it certainly isn’t one that’ll be going in the regular rotation.
