Have we found another keeper? I think we have, Sinead raided the cabinet to make more after recording, high praise indeed!

1 ½ is Gin
⅓ oz Benedictine
⅓ oz Apricot Brandy
½ oz Lemon Juice
⅓ oz Sugar Syrup
2 dash Angostura Bitters

Shake everything with ice and strain.

It’s great, herby spicyness from the gin and benedictine tempered with by fruity apricot and finished with a citrus twang, what’s not to love!

Go forth and travel the silk road to the alcohol shop for supplies!
