Aunt Gordon’s Grand Staircase

Introducing this week a Poisoners Cabinet special…..Aunt Gordon’s Grand Staircase!

Now, mostly I made this up as I went along, so the following quantities are vague remembrances from my frazzled brain

1oz Vodka
¾ oz Calvados
¾ oz Poire Williams Pear liqueur
½ oz Lemon Juice
⅓ oz Honey Syrup

Give everything a good shake with ice and strain.

We both really loved this appley peary delight, feel free to tweak the quantities to your own taste, I’m quite sure that Aunt Gordon has a very specific recipe that she insists is follows, but I say go & make it all your own!
