¾ oz Gin
½ oz Red Vermouth
½ oz Bénédictine
¼ oz Elderflower
⅔ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Honey Syrup

Shake everything and strain.

Is it going to win any mixology awards, unlikely, but it ain’t half bad!
