How very tasty, definitely one of the more spiritous & punchy cocktails we’ve had in a while, just as an archbishop should be.

1 ½ oz Golden Rum

1 oz Campari

½ oz Green Chartreuse

Stir everything until ice cold and strain over a large chunk of ice.

Yes it is always pleasing to sneak some twigs past Sinead, but we both really enjoyed this. Possibly aided by the fact that we’d both had a pre-cocktail negroni to help smooth things along.

Definitely one I’ll try to remember to make again, I really must write these recipes down somewhere.
