A chocolate Biscuit

 

It’s a chocolate biscuit!

Who doesn’t love a biscuit, a lovely lovely chocolate biscuit.

2oz Cognac
1 oz Crème de Cacao
1 oz Coffee Liqueur


The recipe calls for a shake on this one, the extra dilution probably helps the hit of pure booze. So give everything a shake and strain out, garnish with as many biscuits as you can possibly fit into your glass. A drink and a snack, best of both worlds!

It’s a tasty drink, you really can’t go wrong with chocolate and coffee, and the cognac adds a lovely warming richness. If you find it a bit too punchy I did read that some people mellowed the drink out with 1/2oz of cream to create something a bit smoother, I may well try that soon!
