The Missionary’s Downfall

Joy and rapture what a resounding success, it’s great, just great great great plus nothing too weird so everyone should be able to mix this up, it I insist that you do!

1 oz Gold Rum
½ oz Peach Schnapps
⅓ oz Honey Syrup
½ oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Lime Juice
Mint leaves (12/15 leaves)

Add you mint and rum to the bottom of your shaker and give everything a good muddle to get the minty goodness flowing, then add the rest of your ingredients.

Give everything a good shake and then strain out into a tumbler filled with crushed ice. I’ve got a canvas Lewis bag and a big wooden mallet, it makes sort work of smashing up your ice to the right consistency.
