The Guillotine

A very deadly name for something so very simple and entirely delicious!
The Guillotine

½ oz Crème de Cassis
½ oz Pear Eau-de-Vie
Champagne

Add both liqueurs to your glass and top with something cold and sparkly, what could be easier!

So simple but so nice. Not sure what else to say it was really good!
