The lion and the Lamb

It’s our new favourite Christmas drink in August!

The Lion & The Lamb, no idea why it’s called that but it’s great. We both loved this, Pimento Dram? Yes please I’ll be having more of that!

1 ¾ oz Bourbon
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Orgeat (almond) Syrup
¼ oz Pimento Dram / St Elizabeths All Spice Dram
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Give everything a good shake with plenty of ice and strain out, it’s as simple as that!
