IWe all know I’m a bit of a cocktail snob and generally quite pretentious, but this week I shall swallow my pride and admit that this was bloody lovely!

¾ oz Baileys
¾ oz Amaretto
¾ oz Golden Rum
½ oz Coffee Liqueur
¾ oz Single Cream / Half & Half

Give everything a great shake with plenty of ice and strain into you chocolatiest of goblets, then garnish with a variety of chocolate bars.
