Sacher Punch

My own wonderously bizarre creation, episode 40 required something special!

It really is a cake in a glass

1 ½ oz Vodka

1 oz Apricot Syrup

½ oz Creme de Cacao

½ oz Coffee Liqueur

I couldn’t find apricot liqueur or apricot brandy locally so I went with apricot jam thinned down with enough water to make a syrup & it worked a treat!

Stir everything with chunky bits of ice and strain.

These quantities make 2 or 3 wee glasses - perfect for sharing. enjoy!!!
