It certainly has a bit of bite with that lemon running through it!

2oz Irish Whiskey

1oz Sweet Vermouth

½ oz Jägermeister

½ oz Simple Syrup

1 ½ oz Lemon Juice

4 dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake everything with ice and fine strain. These quantities create 1 rather large drink or two a bit too small drinks take your pick!

I’m going to do some experimenting with reducing the lemon, but then I like the slap of herbaly goodness that I think would come through, others (Sinead), don’t so the lemon is probably just right.

Only a great deal of testing will find out for sure and I’m willing to make these sacrifices for cocktail science!
