Darkness At The Edge Of Town

Really does require dry ice & moody lighting for full dramatic effect.

This is an interesting drink, full of complex & curious flavours that certainly improve as you go.

1 oz Gin (a good heavy botanical one)

1 oz Aperol

4 oz Porter

Stir the gin & aperol with ice to chill and then strain into a glass, top up with the Porter and finish with a squeeze of orange.

I’d be very intrigued to hear what people think. It’s a strange one!
