Papa Noel

A very merry Christmas to all our incredibly splendid listeners!!
Our Christmas episodes tend to get a little fuzzy, thank god I wrote the cocktails down otherwise I’d have no clue what we had done!

First up was the Papa Noel, really really good loved it, will definitely be mixing up another during the festive frivolities.

1 ½ oz Cognac
⅓ oz Dry Vermouth
½ oz Honey Syrup
⅓ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Banane du Brazil
1 dash Angostura

Shake everything, strain, and enjoy!

2nd on the list was the Christmas Margarita! Everyone loves a margarita, not sure the “Christmasy” extras add much really, just have a margarita!

1 ½ oz Tequila
⅔ oz Triple Sec
⅓ oz Falernum
⅔ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Cranberry Juice
4 drops Bobs Margarita Bitters (optional)

Finally Sinead brought the White Christmas to the table!

2 oz Vodka
1 barspoon Mincemeat
½ oz Coffee Liquor
¼ oz Gingerbread Syrup
1 oz Single Cream / Half & Half

Shake everything and fine strain, you’ll need the fine strain on this one to stop the fruity bits getting into your glass.

And just to confirm when I say mincemeat I mean the mixed chopped fruity stuff, not ground animals, that would be less good in drink form!
