Presenting our cocktail of the week....A Palermo
So this was a curious one. Sweet with white wine - an acquired taste perhaps? But everything was going to pale in comparison to last week's White Lady.
1 ½oz Vanilla Infused Rum*
1 oz Sauvignon Blanc
1 ¼ oz Pineapple Juice
¼ oz Sugar Syrup
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into your fanciest glass.

*To make your own, pour white rum into a sealable clean bottle. Split open vanilla pod and add to the liquid. Seal, shake, and leave to infuse. Overnight minimum, but the longer you leave it the better it will taste!
