¾ oz Mezcal⠀
¾ oz Yellow Chartreuse⠀
¾ oz Aperol⠀
¾ oz Lime Juice⠀
⠀
Give everything a good shake and strain out. ⠀
⠀
Made with the sweeter & slightly milder yellow chartreuse unsurprisingly I loved it and Sinead hated it. (not enough to not finish it though eh!)
