The Eider Duck

In honour of the fancy duck of Canterbury this weeks cocktail is the Eider Duck!⠀

I was dubious about this, it has things I generally don’t like, but I was wrong!⠀

This is definitely worth a try, let us know what you think.⠀

¾oz Cognac⠀
¾oz Grand Marnier⠀
¾oz Lemon Juice⠀
¾oz Cherry Brandy / Cherry Liqueur⠀
⠀
Shake everything with ice and strain. ⠀
⠀
Garnish with a top hat wearing cherry!
