Another excellent drink this week!

I must admit I didn’t have high hopes for this but it was actually great.

It probably has to rank as one one of the best drinks ever as it snuck Chartreuse past Sinead.

¾ oz Cognac

¾ oz Calvados

½ oz Green Chartreuse

¾ oz Lemon Juice

⅓ oz Sugar Syrup

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Shake everything with ice and strain. Garnish with a lovely lemon wheel for full on 90’s glam.
