No 10 Lemonade

Oh it’s lovely and summery and available from all good roadside stalls now, fruity, citrusy, pinky rumy goodness, what’s not to love! Another drink perfect for making up in a big batch and enjoying on your magical veranda.

Handful of Blueberries (around 12)

2 oz White Rum

1 ½ oz Lemon Juice

¾ oz Sugar Syrup

Soda water

Give your blueberries a good squish in the bottom of your tin. Add the rum, lemon & sugar and give everything a jolly good shake.

Strain this into a ice filled highball glass. You will definitely need a fine strainer for this to keep out all the blueberry bits. Top up your glass with soda water.

The drink will naturally want to separate so make sure you give it a good stir.

This is great, probably not the best for this weeks deeply disturbing story, but for a summers day it’ll be perfect!

Let us know what you’re mixing up this weekend and what stiff drink got you through the horrors of 10 Rillington Place!
