2 oz Gin

½ oz Red Vermouth

¼ oz St.Germaine Elderflower

2 dashes Peach Bitters

Give everything a god stir with plenty of ice and strain.

We both really liked this drink, it’s surprisingly easy to drink but really packs a punch! Add a Toblerone on the side and this really is a winner!
