Dragon’s Heart

Ach boooooo! A slightly disappointing one for episode 100.

I very much agree with the statement “The dragon's heart cocktail is nothing short of interesting”

3 lime wedges

¾ oz elderflower

3 dashes aromatic bitters

1 ½ oz aged rum

¾ oz mezcal

½ oz ginger liqueur

1 ½ oz blood orange juice

Muddle your lime, bitters & elderflower in the bottom of your shaker giving everything a good squish together. Add the rest of the ingredients and your ice and shake until nicely chilled then strain.

The best that can be said is that’s it alright, I shan’t be making it again.

Sinead was so enraged that she disappeared with an armful of bottles from the cabinet and came up with her own much more exciting beverage.
