How many times can you say knickerbocker in one episode?

A brilliantly summery jolly drink, I was hoping it would be pinker, it should have been pinker.

2 ½ oz Aged Rum

½ oz Raspberry Syrup

½ oz Lime Juice

⅓ oz Cointreau

Shake everything with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice, if you’re feeling fancy drizzle some of the raspberry over the ice and it looks (a bit) like an ice cream!

We both really enjoyed this, so much so we made a 2nd halfway through the episode.
