Here Comes The Sun

The shockingly lovely Here Comes The Sun , a beery beauty that even warmed Nick's heart

1 ½oz bourbon

¾ oz Ginger syrup*

½ oz Fresh lemon juice

1 oz fruity IPA or wheat beer or your favourite light ale (cold!)

*We used the syrup from a jar of crystallised ginger and a bit of the pulp for flavour.

Shake the bourbon, ginger syrup and lemon juice over ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and then top up with the beer.

Not one for gassy largers or dark beers, but see how you feel!
