The Ampersand

 

The drink that made Sinead go insane, introducing the Ampersand Cocktail!

Deliciously potent & boozy, this isn’t for everyone, but if you prefer something stronger I would definitely recommend!

1 oz Gin

1 oz Cognac

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

⅙ 0z Grand Marnier (we used Cointreau instead)

1 dash Orange Bitters

Shake everything over ice until ice cold & strain.

I don’t have Grand Marnier but triple sec / Cointreau is a worthy substitute, although only a tiny part I think is definitely worth it.
