The surprisingly splendid Division Bell.

If you can get past the curious aroma this is a really great complex drink.

1 oz Mezcal

¾ oz Aperol

½ oz Maraschino Liqueur

¾ oz Lime Juice

Shake everything until beautifully chilled and strain.

I was really surprised by this, my experience mezcal has not been good and I expected this to be over powered with smokeyness.

But I was happy to be proved wrong, it is a very well balanced tasty beverage!
