summer rose

The surprisingly gorgeous Summer Rose.

It does have many random ingredients but it is worth it!

1 ½ oz vodka

¾ oz Creme de cacao

½ oz Lychee liquor

Stir over ice until chillingly cold and pour into a martini glass.

Pour ¼ oz grenadine slowly through the centre of the drink so you have a two tier stunning cocktail. (We used ½ oz on the episode but this was too much)

You may want to stop drinking before you reach the grenadine as it gets far too sweet. But before that it is most excellent!!
