Cider house rules

The passable but definitely improveable Cider House Rules.

The extra sweetness from the agave syrup I didn’t have is definitely needed, the ground cinnamon definitely isn’t, a cinnamon syrup would be much better to get the flavour throughly mixed into the drink and to avoid the unpleasant grainyness.

2 oz Tequila

1 ½ oz Apple juice

½ oz Lemon juice

¼ oz Agave syrup

½ spoon Ground Cinnamon

Shake all over ice a strain into a ice filled glass.

It does have the feel of a very autumnal drink & we will definitely be revisiting this in the future with a few tweaks of our own.
