Bramble Margarita

A Poisoners Cabinet special, this version was a bit too sweet and either needs more lime or a tarter jam.

1 ½ oz Tequilla

½ oz Triple Sec

½ oz Lime Juice

1 tsp Bramble Jam

This needs a bit of experimenting, the first taste was quite nice, but after that the sugar from the jam took over, though the extra fruity hit worked nicely.

Next time ¾ oz maybe even 1oz of lime juice to balance it and I think we might be on to something!
