Atholl Brose

 

The Atholl Brose, a splendidly Scottish gruel based cocktail!

2 spoons runny honey

2 oz Scotch Whisky

¼ oz Drambuie liqueur

¼ oz Disaronno Amaretto

½ oz Single Cream

1 ½ oz Oatmeal Water (sounds tasty)

Soak a handful of oats in warm water for around 15 minutes to a lovely gruel juice.

Shakes it all over a lot of ice. A strangely tasty(ish) cocktail, but an awful lot of effort.
