Red Hook

A most exceptional cocktail this week, the incandescently splendid Red Hook.

A seriously grown up cocktail for smokey clubs, moody lighting and deep meaningful conversations putting the world to rights at 3am.

2 oz Whisky (or Bourbon as is my preference)

½ oz Sweet Vermouth

½ oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

Stirred gently over big chunks of ice in a tall mixing glass until ice cold.

Strain into the most elegant glass you have & garnish with a liqueur soaked cherry. A beautiful drink guaranteed to bring a spark to even the most weary or jaded soul.
