Rye Hummingbird

A very tasty drink with one of Sinead’s very favourite ingredients!

If you’ve listened to the episode you know how much Sinead loves Chartreuse, and rightly so. So I chose this drink especially for her (with possibly the most tenuous episode connection ever).

So without further adoooo

2 oz Rye Whiskey

¾ oz lemon juice

¾ oz honey syrup

1tsp Green Chartreuse

All in the shaker with big chunky ice, a good shake and a strain into your most hummingbird shaped glass.
