Anjo HIghball

Our cocktail of the week the Anjeo Highball was rather overshadowed by the exceptional Ginger Margarita. The highball was still very lovely and would be perfect for a sunny afternoon.

1 ½oz Dark Aged Rum

½oz Triple Sec

¼oz Lime Juice

1 dash Angostura Bitters

2oz Ginger Beer

Shake up the first 4 ingredients with ice & strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with the ginger beer.
