Fur Collar

Introducing the highly disappointing Fur Collar. This did not whisk me back to my youth as I had hoped with memories of the hit of vodka, tang of orange and very questionable but enthusiastic dancing, instead it left Sinead very very angry.

The recipe below is as we tried it, I maintain it could be good with an overhaul of the proportions and if made with the finest of vodkas & the most freshly hand squeezed of oranges, then it may well be a taste sensation, I suspect we will never know………

2oz Vodka

¾oz Orange Juice

½oz Apricot Brandy

All shaken with ice and strained, or maybe just don’t bother and have an Espresso Martini instead.
