The Anatomist

Oh, it worked, the random plucking of bottles that is a nick special actually worked and created something tasty!

1 ½ oz Cachaca

½ oz Strega

¾ oz Lime Juice

½ oz Agave Syrup

¼ oz Ancho Reyes

This is the drink as we made it, it could do with either an upping of the chilli or maybe a reduction in the agave to really bring out the herbally loveliness.

I appreciate this has slightly obscure ingredients but do give it a go if you can.
