A poisoners cabinet exclusive this week with the ominously named…..Who Lives Here?

I do! I live here, and I like jam. It may be slightly scone adjacent, but it tasted so good!

2oz White Rum

¾oz Lime Juice

1 ½ tablespoons JAM!!

2dashes Orange Bitters

Give everything a dam good shake and strain, depending on how jammy your jam is you may have to help it through the strainer as mine did get a bit clogged with bits.

I was really pleased with this riff on a daiquiri. I haven’t doubt this is out there somewhere, a classic that I’ve never heard off, but I don’t care and I don’t want to know.

Today I made a tasty drink and that’s all there is to it.
