The Paycheck

Ummmmmm questionable, very questionable.

The more I think back on this one the more I don’t like it.

2 oz Gin
½ oz Suze
½ oz Dry Vermouth
½ oz Triple Sec
1/3 oz Honey Syrup
Absinthe for your rinse.

Prepare you glass by adding a few dashes of absinthe and giving it a swirl to coat the inside. I’ve found a really good way to easily rinse your glasses is to keep some in a small spray bottle and spritz away.

Add everything (apart from your absinthe) to your tins and give it all a good shake with plenty of ice. Strain out into your glass and give on final spritz with your absinthe.
