The Loaded Pistol

Oh it’s dangerous this week! Spirit forward, Smokey, and far too moorish (buttocks are an optional extra, but very much encouraged)

1 ½ oz Mezcal
¾ oz Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Strega
3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters

Stir everything together and strain over a large chunk of ice.

So very simple and so very deadly! We both really enjoyed this, Sinead loves a Mezcal, I love twig infused Strega, so everyone wins!

Do try if you can, I appreciate the Strega is a bit of a wildcard here, but it is so very lovely, a worthy investment if you are into your cocktails.
