The Hot Lips
Only one thing to say really, go make one now!
¾ oz Tequila
¾ oz Mezcal
½ oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Vanilla Syrup
⅓ oz Chilli liqueur
Shake everything together and strain into a salt rimmed, ice filled rocks glass.
The actual recipe called for jalapeño infused Tequila, which I didn’t have so I subbed in ⅓ oz of the ancho Reyes and it worked really well. Make it as spiced or as mild as your palate dictates, it’s going to be a really good drink!
