The especial day

Despite the name, which still makes me irrationally angry, this wasn’t half bad. A good summery drink with a nice fruity twang.

The Especial Day

3 Blackberries
2oz White Rum
½ oz Red Vermouth
¾ oz Crème de Mure
½ oz Pineapple Juice
3 Dashes Peychauds Bitters

Give your berries a good squish in the bottom of your tin before adding your liquid. Shake everything with a few chunks of ice and strain out. You will definitely need to fine strain this one to remove the bits of mashed up berry.
