Roosevelt No.2

Next week will be full of light fresh fruity flavours I promise! But this for week we have the very darkest of rich boozy cocktails

2oz Rye Whiskey

½oz Sherry (dark & sweet)

1 dash Angostura Bitters

1 dash Black Walnut Bitters

Stir everything over ice and strain into nick & Nora.

We both loved this one, the nuttyness of the bitters really shine thought and the Sherry is full of spicey warmth.

Perhaps not the best one for drinking on a hot summer evening, but when the nights start to get a bit chilly again I know what drink I’ll be reaching for!
